Moving can be fun, new place to decorate, purge junk you forgot you had...hard work getting a house put back together. Had a great opportunity to grab a 1/4 doll at a low event price so now I'm waiting for two to arrive! Got a new pair of eyes for the lil one, who is sadly still without a name. Many have asked if i have named her but i just can't think of a good name that suits her. *sigh* Finally got my work area set up and did get some time today to work on the pattern that i have seriously neglected since packing started. Dug out my camera and dusted it off, putting new batteries on the shopping list...and now if only the weather would beh

  So addicted, finished my little nano Freya and got the fairy costume made. I’m already thinking what other great designs I can come up with for the  12mm size dolls. Not my most favorite size to work with everything is so tiny and there is seriously no room for errors. The YO-SD size is a bit more forgiving. I have placed an order for my very first SD size doll but it will a while before she shows up. And finally once I get my ¼ MSD doll I will start a clothing line for each of these sizes, in hopes to fund and finance this hobby. -N

So several months ago, I stumbled into the world of BJD (ball jointed doll). I started researching and found a lot of information. Was directed to Den of Angels..which I would love to join but since it's invite only and I don't know anyone who is a member..well there is a lot of information there that i can't see since I'm not a member...(sigh). This wasn't going to stop my pursuit of this hobby. I'm an artist and also skilled crafter. I quickly realized that I could make my own clothes and paint these dolls in hopes of saving a bit of money, since this is not a poor man's hobby.
